This Privacy Policy explains what information One Aminos may collect, how we use it, and the choices you may have regarding your personal information.

Personal Information We Collect

When you create an account, place an order, join our partner program, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, order details, and payment-related information.

Payment information is handled through secure payment providers. One Aminos does not intend to store complete payment card details on our website.

Usage Data

We may automatically collect information about how visitors use our website, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, and time spent on pages.

  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, partner updates, and support responses.
  • Improve site performance, product pages, checkout flow, and customer experience.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

  • Service providers may receive information needed to support payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, email delivery, analytics, fraud review, and website operations.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted website connections, secure payment processing, access controls, and routine security review.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain login sessions, analyze website traffic, measure performance, improve functionality, and support relevant advertising or marketing.

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure website visits, cart activity, checkout activity, completed purchases, and advertising performance. Depending on your browser and privacy choices, this may involve sending Meta information such as pages viewed, browser details, IP address, Meta browser-cookie identifiers, purchase value and product identifiers, and a matching event identifier used to prevent duplicate measurement.

For completed purchases, checkout contact and address identifiers such as email address, phone number, name, city, state, postal code, and country may be normalized and irreversibly SHA-256 hashed before being sent to Meta to improve event matching. The corresponding raw contact and address values are not included in those matching fields.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect account access, checkout, cart behavior, and other website features.

Your Rights and Choices

  • Request access to personal information associated with your account.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Request deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal, security, and business recordkeeping needs.
  • Request a portable copy of certain information where applicable.
  • Opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting support.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws, including the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. One Aminos does not sell personal information.
